Ok, we admit it: all the talk about Audi building a new RS4 or not has made us lust for the German monster. Thus, we are bringing you another piece of news dedicated to it. This time, we’ll show you a nice little gift that you could offer your B7 RS4 (the last generation, which went out of production in 2008).

We are talking about an exhaust system coming from Awe Tuning, a company that likes to to enhance the performance of German machines.

The tuner offers multiple choices, catering for various audio discretion/aggression needs. Customers who want to keep things under full control can opt for a resonated system, which can be ordered with or without high flow downpipes.

Those are seeking to unleash the full potential of the vehicle’s 4.2 liter V8 can go for a non-resonated system and also order a set of special downpipes. The maximum output increase offered by the full system brings 11 hp and 11 lb-ft (15 Nm) of torque. However, the hp and torque increases can be found across the entire rev range.

Here are some of the highlights of Awe Tuning’s Audi RS4 exhaust system:
  • X-Pipe design for maximum exhaust scavenging and better balance between cylinder banks
  • Will mate up to factory downpipes without modification
  • Fully mandrel bent tubing 2.5" in diameter
  • Thick .065" wall T304 stainless steel tubing
  • Stainless steel TIG welds
  • High quality stainless steel band clamps
  • Developed in-house on our AWD Mustang Dyno
  • Catback saves 14 lbs compared to stock
  • Downpipes save 7 lbs compared to stock
  • Lifetime Warranty
