Aventador J Speedster Revealed by Winkelmann in Geneva

Let’s just say right of the bat that whoever buys this thing will have to be a good driver, because if he crashes it he will be destroying one-of-one. This road monster that Lamborghini teased as the Unica because it’s... unique is called the Aventador J and the Italian house designed it as a “barchetta”, a throwback to the old days when cars were lighter and simple.
The two-seater has no windshield, roof or too much in the way of comfort, but the price for it is still a mind-blowing 2.2 million euros, enough to buy a whole stable of supercars.

The car measures 4,890 mm in length, 2,033 mm in width and 1,110 mm in height. It sits on uniquely designed 20/21 inch wheels with carbon fiber spokes. In fact a lot of the car owes its colors to the lightweight material.

The Aventador J makes use of Forged Composite parts, like the bucket seats. Forged Composite is an innovative carbon fiber material which was used for the first time by Lamborghini in the Sesto Elemento monocoque. The seats are clad in a special, new carbon fiber based textile, called CarbonSkin, which represents the first application in a car.
