It’s late November (really late November) right now in Germany, and the weather is what you’d call chilly. You’d think that most people would leave their rear-wheel drive supercars at home and, putting safety before all else, bring out a nice boring Audi with AWD instead.
We do understand the attachment you gent to the big V8 monster, but it can end up costing you dearly if you’re not carful. According to Wochenblatt.de, that’s what happened to this 41 YO owner of a Ferrari 430 Scuderia, who has trashed his supecar on the German Autobahn A9. Due to road condition, he lost control of the 430 while going toward Berlin this Saturday afternoon.
The end result is a mangled piece of burned metal, with just about every panel on the car destroyed. We’ve also never seen a wheel destroyed to the spokes but still attached like that. The driver was unhurt, but his 17-year old son suffered a small hand injury.
