AutoExpress does a unique top every year. They're calling out the top Brits in the auto industry, called the Brit List. This year, BMW's Chief of Sales and Marketing, Ian Robertson made it to the top of the list.
This marks a step up for Ian, as last year he ended up on the runner-up position, just shy of Nissan's Andy Palmer, who this year, joined the judging panel.

Alongside Andy, the jury was made up of Auto Express editor Steve Fowler, news editor Jack Rix, The Sun motoring editor Ken Gibson, BBC transport correspondent Richard Westcott and motor industry expert Ray Hutton.

This year's runner up was Steve Odell, Ford's president for Europe, Middle East and Africa, whilst Jeep's President and CEO, Mike Manley came up third. Congratulations are in order for all the contestants but especially Ian Robertson!
