As we all know the Firebird was introduced in the same year as General Motors’ platform-sharing model, the Chevrolet Camaro. This and also judging by the looks of it is why the Pontiac in question most likely sits on a Camaro platform. What does that say about the young pop artist from Texas? Not a lot. But the number of responds he got on Facebook asking for help after the car allegedly broke down the other day, sure does tell a lot of his popularity.
As far as we know, the pop singer from San Antonio, Texas currently signed to Young Money Entertainment is a Range Rover driver. In fact, it was about two months ago he got it refreshed with some new pair of wheels and a new wrap.

The story was quite impressive to be honest and also very effective among his followers since he covered his luxury SUV after the drawings of a fan. The drafts were sent to Metro Wrapz and were later designed into an actual car wrap, so it could fit on the Range. He even had the teenager and her mom fly over to Miami and meet Austin as the artist would pick up his car.

Nevertheless, it now seems Austin has added a new car to the family, a Pontiac Firebird. Well, at least that is what the 18-year old Justin Bieber-wanna be singer is trying to make his fans believe with his post on Facebook. So he asked people if they could pick him up since the car broke down. Guess how many responded? Over 145,460 followers!

Now, imagine that your Toyota Camry gets stuck in the middle of the highway and you forgot your wallet at home so there is no way to grab a cab. Let’s just assume you wouldn’t call a friend like normal people do, instead you ask you virtual friends for help on Facebook. How many people respond?
