The Audi TT is associated with architects and dentists, the sort of people who can appreciate the MacBook Air for its metallic finish. The best way to describe the driving sensation it delivers is to say that it's a deluxe version of a hot hatch. However, this Argentinean owner treats it like a supercar.
The guy in this video euphorically sings while filming himself doing speeds of over 250 km/h in his Audi TT. The funny thing is that we don't have to call him an idiot since he says "what a moron I am!" at one point in the clip. Yes, you are, sir, and you also have a terrible singing voice.

Speeding in an Audi TT is like playing games on an iMac, which we have tried using the office computers once. While it's not particularly enjoyable, the German baby coupe can keep up with a Corvette at the limiter. The dashboard clearly says this is a TT, and based on the rev counter, we know it's not diesel, meaning the Audi is equipped with either the 2.0 TSI rated at 211 PS or the 3.2 V6 with 250 PS. That's what we've deduced by looking at the... air vents, so don't take our word for it.

According to Channel 7 Argentina, the road he's traveling on is in Neuquen, which is the tailbone of South America. Police are looking into the case, but for now, all we know is that the tape was sent by a neighbor of the driver. That makes you wonder what kind of deviant films himself doing this stuff and sends it to somebody living next door.

We are aware that this is a boring way of looking at things, but most adults know risks grow exponentially with speed, not linearly. While a 50 km/h head-on crash might leave you with a few broken ribs, one at 250 km/h is 99% guaranteed to kill you and everybody in the car coming the other way. There's definitely not going to be an open casket funeral either. In Argentina, the maximum highway speed is 130 km/h. But without dividers, barriers and lights, we think this hardly qualifies as a motorway.
