The expanded employee profit-sharing program (eMEB), defined in April 2005, will be paid out for the fourth time this year in addition to employee profit-sharing (MEB) that has been previously been paid. Audi's performance in 2008 does not only mean extra bonuses for its employees. Some 300 new people will be hired in 2009, mainly to work in the Technical Development and in the Production departments.
