To mark the switch from last year’s A4 to the 2012 Audi A5 DTM race car, the experts at Eibach have developed a very special project car based on the more powerful S5.
When tuners just change the cosmetics of the car and leave the engine untouched, we’re usually outraged. But this situation is different, because the suspension has been improved to such a degree that it actually makes the car faster. Eibach describes the setup they came up with as being "inspired by motorsport - performance for the road."
The suspension upgrades come in the form of an Eibach B12 Pro-Kit, Bilstein mono-tube gas pressure shock absorbers, Anti-Roll-Kit Performance Sway Bars and an aluminum Pro-Spacer Wheel Spacer. They’ve also come up with three wheel-tire combos: Show & Shine, Performance, and High Performance.
