Having made its US debut a few months ago at the Detroit Auto Show, the Audi RS5 Cabriolet is ready to go on sale. Audi USA announced prices will start from $77,900, or $9,000 more than the hardtop that's powered by the same 444 hp (450 PS) 4.2-liter V8.
The sexy sports convertible has standard quattro all-wheel drive and a snappy seven-speed double clutch S tronic transmission with launch control. As a consequence, getting from 0 to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds should be a breeze.
Standard kit for this car includes LED runners at the front, 19-inch wheels, a big-brake kit to ensure you stop well, nappa leather interior and a typical RS body kit. The first-ever RS5 Cabriolet will go on sale in the US this April.
