The Audi R8 has recently received a facelift, but this doesn’t mean that the pre-revamp model is out of the spotlights. In fact, the vehicle still turns heads on the aftermarket scene and the latest development related to this comes from the US, where HRE Wheels has targeted the supercar.
The wheel specialist got its hands on a V10 model (yes, this means 525 hp sent to all four wheels) and, as expected, fitted it with custom shoes. The R8 is now connected to the road via a set of HRE P47SC wheels, which use a design that’s not radically different from what the car’s OEM wheels had to offer, but does manage to stand out.
The new wheels use a Brushed Clear finish, which suits the German aura of the supercar.
