Audi has just announced that by November, it will fully integrate 4G/Long Term evolution technology into the whole A3 family of cars. The new fourth generation date technology has just become available in the Audi S3 Sportback, and will reach all other cars, including the three-door A3 and the A3 Sedan.

In the new S3 Sportback, the 4G system is used by MMI navigation plus to rapidly access things like Google Earth, Google Street View, music stream, web radio and online traffic information.

To gain access to this high-speed internet system you need to have the optionally available MMI Navigation Plus with Audi connect and a SIM card from your mobile internet provider which you install into the glovebox.

The A3 can create a WLAN hotspot which can be used by different devices to surf independently of each other.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
