Audi e-tron Spyder Spotted in California

The Audi e-tron Spyder, the German carmaker’s attempt at showing the world that eco vehicles can be sporty, has been spotted playing under the Californian sun. The video of the car, which was uploaded by Youtube user Colterh, reveals that the vehicle was being used for shooting waht seem to be a commercial.
We’ll remind you that the e-tron Spyder is powered by a hybrid drivetrain that includes a TDI diesel engine delivering 480 lb-ft (650 Nm), as well as two electric motors that offer a combined torque figure of 260 lb-ft (352 Nm).

The open-top eco vehicle can play the 0 to 62 mph game in 4.4 seconds and has an electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). It also comes with an all-electric mode, which offers a top speed of 37 mph (60 km/h).
