FC Bayern Munchen, AC Milan, Manchester United and Boca Juniors from Argentina will take the Allianz Arena in Munich by storm for the two day competition. The Audi Cup is being staged for the first time exclusively for Audi's 100th anniversary. The competition will feature a semi-final – final structure and will kick off on both days at 7:25 pm local time.
The event will be broadcast live by ZDF (German public channel 2) along with extensive coverage from Munich's Allianz Arena on both days. The Audi press release states the teams have already began practice for the event with managers looking forward to see their new transfers handle on the field.
In the recent test games FC Bayern Munchen's new signings, Iike Mario Gomez and Anatoliy Tymoshchuk, proved themselves in very good form so far, so FC Bayern fans should definitely not miss this one out. With other famous soccer figures expected to make their show, tickets for the event have already been on high demand. Another important figure enthusiastically awaited at the Allianz Arena is Brazilian soccer star Ronaldinho of AC Milan.
Audi Cup organizers have already announced only a few residual tickets are still available for the semi-final on Wednesday.
