Audi A4 Allroad, TT RS Coupe/Roadster Driving Footage

Following the official unveiling at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show, Audi decided to bring a little bit more multimedia content to A4 Allroad, TT RS Coupe and TT RS Roadster, releasing some new clips showing the three models interacting with the real world.

Audi TT RS made its world premiere at Geneva, with mass-production expected to start this year. The vehicle is powered by a turbocharged gasoline-powered 2.5-liter engine which produces a maximum power of 300 bhp. It sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds, while maximum speed is electronically-limited to 250 km/h (155.34 mph).

"A legend is reborn. After all, powerful five-cylinder gasoline engines have a long legacy at Audi. And the turbocharged direct-fuel-injection engine in the TT RS is the new torchbearer of this dynamic tradition. It enables the TT RS to perform extraordinary feats," Audi said in a press statement rolled out prior to the Swiss auto show.

Just like the TT RS, Audi A4 Allroad quattro is also displayed at the Geneva Auto Show. But, more importantly, the revised model may also mark the return of Allroad models in the North American market, as Peter Schwarzenbauer, Audi AG board member for sales and marketing, said yesterday.

"This might have changed in the last 12 months, so we probably have to reconsider what we do on the allroad side, whether it is A4 or A6," Schwarzenbauer told Autonews yesterday, explaining that the North American market may be prepared for a SUV, despite the current difficult market conditions in the region.
