Audi A3 Sedan Making Super Bowl Commercial Debut

Are you excited about the Super Bowl in February?! So is Audi, because that's where they will celebrate the US release of their new A3 sedan.
As we are sure you’ve already figured it out, the vehicle will be introduced via a 60-second spot during the Super Bowl. There are aren’t too many details available about the commercial but what we know for sure is that it was created by San Francisco-based Venables Bell & Partners.

This is one really good idea as the Super Bowl is a highly awaited event that brings everybody closer to their TV screens. It’s the perfect place to advertise the all-new, technology-advanced yet affordable (starts at $30,000) Audi A3 and its launch date in the spring of 2014.

The guys from Audi didn’t make any comments on the price of the commercial but we know for a fact that a 30-second ad during this big event is about $4 million. So, do the math and realize a lot is riding on the clip.

We have to say that we understand why Audi decided to go this big as the company’s goal for next fall is to expand the A3 lineup with the A3 Cabriolet, A3 TDI clean diesel sedan, S3 sedan as well as an A3 Sportback. This last one will actually be available in 2015 with an e-tron gasoline electric plug-in hybrid system.
