Ever wondered how it feels to afford anything you want, to be able to buy any car automakers come with new? Sports stars don’t really ask that question too often since they make about 3 to 5 million dollars a year. Alberto Callaspo just signed a one year, $3 million contract with the Atlanta Braves two months ago so it’s no wonder he just dropped a new car.
We’re not here to talk math, but let us play this game for a change. “How much money do you make?” we’ll call it and it goes like this: we say a year and you (which reads us) say a number. So, here we go.

2012 - $3.15 million is what Callapso's one-year deal with the Angels was worth and with it he managed to avoid arbitration.

2013 - $8.975 million is what the baseball player’s two-year deal finally was with the Angels

2014 - $3 million Callapso got for a one year contract with the Atlanta Braves.

Now, with all these team switching, the Venezuelan MLB player made sure to secure a decent lifestyle for his family, so it’s was only natural he’d also take a little care of himself.

So he spoiled himself with a nice little (not so little) luxury SUV. But those sliding panoramic roof including power blind, full Oxford perforated leather seats and 14-way power-adjustable front seats were not enough for this fellow.

No, the stock features you get for about $89,000 were not enough for Callaspo who got the car straight to the custom shop. Here he switched the 20’’5-split spoke Style 502 alloy wheels his new HSE Range Rover came with and a new pair of 24’’ Avorza AV10 forged wheels. The car also was color keyed with black accents.

Good, now back to our regular lives.
