After revealing its all-new Vanquish Volante less than 24 hours ago, British sportscar manufacturer Aston Martin also released the first video featuring “the ultimate convertible Super GT”.
As we already told you, the Vanquish Volante is the first convertible Aston Martin to feature a full carbon fiber body, the stiffest open top released by the company so far and the first vehicle that has a full height windscreen.
Equipped with a triple layer lightweight fabric roof, the Vanquish Volante needs just 14 seconds to fold its soft top and draws power from the familiar naturally-aspirated 6.0-liter V12 engine that’s good for 565 HP (573 PS) and 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) of torque when linked to a Touchtronic 2 six-speed automatic transmission.
The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante will go on sale in the United Kingdom by the end of the year starting from £199,995. US sales will commence early next year at $297,955. Scroll down to watch the Vanquish Volante on the road.
