Aston Martin Opens Lyon Dealer...

...and now there's four of 'em. British manufacturer Aston Martin seems to be doing extremely well on French soil, as it now opens its fourth dealership in the Rhone-Alpes region in France. To be based in Lyon, the new dealership will be owned by Aston Martin sales partners, Auto Performance. The chain now operates no less than three Aston Martin showrooms.

This new dealership in Lyon is an important step to further develop the French market. The ingredients for this are perfect: with Auto Performance we have an excellent partner and we are bringing exciting new models to the market this year: the V12 Vantage, the DBS Volante and our four-door Rapide,” Ulrich Bez, Aston Martin CEO said.

The French market seems to be of particular importance for the British manufacturer. The Auto Performance Lyon dealership will showcase the entire Aston Martin range, including the V8 Vantage and V8 Vantage Roadster, DB9 Coupe and Volante, as well as the flagship model, the DBS. The newer models, DBS Volante and the V12 Vantage will also be available from the Lyon dealer.

This is the 3rd and final Auto Performance dealership to open after Paris and Lyon, thus extending nearly twenty years of exclusive collaboration with Aston Martin. We are proud to represent the brand in this superb city covering the Rhone-Alpes area of France,” Alan Aziza, Auto Performance managing director added.

The opening comes to complete the last weeks success story of the British manufacturer in motorsports. The Nurburgring 24 Hour race brought Aston Martin two wins, in the SP8 and SP10 classes, with both the V12 Vantage and Vantage N24 vehicles.
