Last week, we established hat it was dangerous to own a black Aston Martin DBS with black wheels. Unicorns will think you're lonely and will drive pink Vauxhalls into you at gas stations.
But the DBS is undeniably a very series British sportscar, built with great attention to detail using time-consuming fabrication methods. Even though it's been replaced by the Vanquish, it's still one of our favorite cars to look at.
This DBS has been made to look even better using a set of custom wheels fitted by the specialists at SR Auto Group. They chose PUR 9INE rims for this project to portray the innate complexity of the car's design. The 21-inch rims evolve from the classic five-spoke design to have four thinner spokes radiating outwards from each original spoke. Like the branches of a tree in fall, these leave plenty of room for the eye to see what's behind them.
To give the British sportscar a better grasp of its new PUR wheels, they gave it an H&R lowering suspension kit as well.
