Daniel Craig will apparently make at least one more Bond movie before letting a younger actor take his place and the last action flick in which we’ll be seeing him play agent 007 is Spectre. This film will also be special for another reason: the Aston Martin DB10.
According to the company, the car was created especially for this purpose: to be driven by the world’s best secret agent. In this regard, the the CEO of Aston Martin said that the DB10 will not only be celebrating 50 years of collaboration between the company he’s running and the movie franchise but it will also do so with a design created especially for Bond.

As far as we can tell, unfortunately the new Aston looks a lot like a Jaguar F-Type from a distance and that’s really a shame. That doesn’t mean we don’t like it. Oh, not even close, but we would’ve expected a completely new take on the design.

In the footage below, we can also admire it on the set of the movie, shooting a scene at the Blenheim Palace on February 11, 2015. At some point some bad guys even have the nerve to shoot at it.

Presumably, they don’t know that Aston Martin said that the DB10 won’t go on sale and that only 10 cars will ever be made. So what does someone have to do to get one? Well, you’ll have to build it yourself.

The thing is, CEO Andy Palmer said that all of the cars will be used and bashed in the movie, serving the purpose for which the DB10 was created. Quite harsh, isn’t it? Well, get past it and wait for the new Spectre movie to come out on November 6. We surely won’t miss it!
