The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) informs that a recall for certain Arctic Cat snowmobiles has been issued.
At least 264 2014 Arctic Cat 500 Sno Pro snowmobiles are affected by a incorrectly manufactured part which may cause fuel to leak from the tank, posing the risk of a fire and injury.

Snowmobiles with model numbers S2014ACCPRUSG and S2014ACCPRPVG are green and bear distinctive marks, such as SNO PRO, TEAM ARCTIC, and 500 printed on the front sides of the bodywork. The name Arctic Cat is also printed on the rear sides of said snow vehicles.

The model number is located in the owner's manual. The CPSC instructs the customers to stop using the aforementioned vehicles until the dealers solve the problem. Arctic Cat is notifying the customers, but you can also get in touch with your local dealer and ask for instructions.

Dealers will remedy the problem free of charge.
