Following the reveal of the Lexus LF-NX concept at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, Japanese magazine Mag-X recently published some information about its production version.
We asked our friend G. Oogle to translate us what the strange symbols story is and as much as he could understand their wisdom, he sad that the production model, which may be called the NX, will be based on the current RAV4 platform and it will be 220 mm smaller than the Lexus RX, measuring 4,550 mm in length.
It will also be 1,845 mm wide and 1,660 mm high. Design wise, it will retain the LF-NX concept’s overall shapes, but it will tone down some details at the front and back. According to the source, the NX is expected to be released in August 2014.
Mag-X also put two renderings of how the production NX might look like, which you can see bellow.
