After we’ve seen the yellow Toyota 2000GT sold earlier for about $1.15 million (€880,000), a car which was crowned the most expensive Asian car ever sold, another one found its way on the auction list.
Although it looks exactly the same, we’ve checked and it has a different chassis number so it deserves our attention. Maybe it will beat the sale price of the other one, who knows?
As this 2000GT lacks its info on the auction site at the moment, we had to rely on its identification plates to tell you about it. Not being one of the nine special MD-12 models, this one is powered by the same 2-liter inline-six engine like the other one had. It produces 150 hp (112 kW) and when it was new, the car could reach 217 km/h (135 mph).
All-in-all, this is a superb unrestored, original condition car and you can go bid for it if you got the cash right here.
