Watching this video brings some older questions to mind once more: how stupid and how reckless can some road users be such as to fail to follow the most basic regulations, such as first entering lane 1 prior to steering to the right, instead of starting this maneuver from lane 2 or higher ones.
It looks like such idiots will never cease to be born, even though some manage to elegantly leave this world as a result of their mindless driving... and this goes for both riders and drivers.
In this particular case we might have had a large Russian truck coming in the first lane and which would have pulverized the idiot and his Lada, possibly sending him to another plane of existence.
A valuable lesson for those riding in the first lane is checking ahead for some morons in lane 2 or 3 which might cut them off, just pull over or steer on a street to the right all of a sudden, or maybe ride in higher lanes until approaching the junction where another direction much be followed.
