Here's one excellent video teaching riders (and other vehicle operators) how to act when they are the first ones to arrive at the scene of an accident. Most of us have already been in such situations and more of us will meet these scenarios as we ride across the the country.
The bottom line of the whole strategy is reduced to ACT: Assess, Communicate, Treat.
