Remember that cute young girl singing a cover of Alicia Keys’ song “If I Ain’t Got You” with her godmother Amy Winehouse? The huge YouTube hit is basically what made Dionne Bromfield famous. The 18-year old soul singer released three studio albums since then and just finished recording her fourth. Good enough reason for Vauxhall to take her on board of their marketing team.
The British car maker has just announced the songwriter and TV host has recently bought a Vauxhall Adam Slam. Dionne’s funky hatchback includes a leather interior with dark tinted rear windows, a multi-color interior light pack and cruise control.
It would seem the singer is quite fond of her new chic, small, urban car: “I love my Vauxhall Adam. It’s absolutely perfect for whizzing around London and it’s full of gadgets. The infotainment system makes it really easy for playing my music and the hands-free calling means staying in touch with friends is easy.”
The young artist attended the Sylvia Young Theater School in Westminster and is currently involved in singing and modeling ventures. You probably have seen her on TV, since Bromfield is also presenting CBBC’s Friday Download show. Our point is, she’s famous enough to be involved in one of those product placement partnerships. However, there’s no telling about any official collaboration so far.
As to the car in question, we’ll mention just a couple of its amenities. According to Vauxhall, Dionne’s new car comes with IntelliLink infotainment system, which integrates the owner’s smartphone with the car, making internet based applications available on the fascia mounted touch screen. Other features include a new-generation Park Assist that automatically parks the car, a Side Blind Spot Alert and a power steering system including a ‘light touch’ City mode.
