You know that feeling when you're cruising down the highway enjoying the higher legal speed limit, only for a Sunday driver to block the fast lane with his Corolla doing 50 mph (80 km/h)?
Yeah, you won't have any nice words to say about that drive. But those words are usually enough to vent your frustration, accompanied maybe by a honk and some high beam flashes if he really refuses to move. If everything fails, you carefully go around him on the right and hope your paths will bever come across again.

Clearly, you're not living in Russia, then. And you're also not driving a red BMW M6.

Not only did this guy overtake a car on the right, went back in front of it and forced it to come to a complete stop on the fast lane, but he did all this to an ambulance. The emergency vehicle reportedly even had the warning lights flashing, but that wasn't enough for the guy in the BMW.

We're not here to ostracize BMW drivers - one of the members of our team drives one and even yours truly was inches away from owning one. It's not the make of the car that's important, but the type of vehicle does seem to say something about our man. Something confirmed by reports in the Russian media saying he has a number of unpaid fines and risks administrative arrest, so he's quite your model citizen.

Unfortunately, we can't make out what the ambulance driver and the impatient thug are discussing when the latter comes over to confront the former, but it sounds surprisingly calm. However, they clearly didn't part as friends, since the BMW driver does give him the finger on his way back to the car. And then predictably storms off, leaving part of his tires on the road's asphalt.

It's hard to imagine something like this can happen, but then again some people are so self-absorbed that we shouldn't be surprised by anything. What really surprises me is that the ambulance driver stopped - if I were in his place and on a mission, I would have rammed the hell out of that dude's car and dealt with the consequences after. Still, judging by the outcome, I'd say his approach now seems the better choice.
