The world has received a new aftermarket developer, with the baby tuner being born in the UK. Amari Supercars, a British pre-owned supercar dealer has decided to enter the tuning scene, introducing Amari Design. The company has chosen to make its debut with what can be called a tuning classic, the Lamborghini Gallardo.
The company is now working on a complex modification package for the Italian supercar, aiming to seriously modify the engine, as well as the aesthetics of the vehicle. The project, which uses the Invidia name is currently in the development phase, with the first prototype schedule to be unleashed at the end of April.
The supercar’s 5.0 liter V10 engine, which delivers 520 hp when it leaves the fatory has been tortured to produce 740 hp, an output which doesn’t match the 1,000 whp rating of American twin-turbo kits, but still manages to seriously impress. However, the company hasn’t revelealed the list of tech mods, only mentioning that the conversio nis being handled in-housed by the Amari Service garage, with master technician John Greatorex leading the assault (the tuner claims that Greatorex is included in the UK’s top 5 supercar mechanics).
The vehicle will be wearing a new front fascia with a carbon fiber front lip, new front fenders, quarter panels, side skirts, rear bumper, carbon fiber diffuser and carbon fiber rear spoiler. As for the interior, this will be gifted with Alcantara-finished carbon fiber racing seats, carbon fiber trimming and others.
