A recent article on TMZ brought to general attention how the American actress is being sued over a car crash she was part of in 2007. As a matter of fact, Amanda Bynes was involved in two accidents in the last two years but only one resulted in the star's prosecution.
This time we're speaking about a multiple car collision at a very busy intersection in Beverly Hills. No injuries were reported at the time, but now Bynes is being sued by Shari Landon, a victim of the crash. She is taking the actress and the two other drivers involved in the fender bender to court as she seeks compensation for hospital bills and damage.
Nevertheless, Bynes' lawyer, David Feldman claimed it was a minor car collision as the cars involved were traveling at 3 - 5 mph. He also added that Sahri landon filed the lawsuit one day before she would have been barred forever from suing any participant in the fender bender. In addition, she has never let the 22-year-old star know that she had suffered any kind of injuries so the trial came as a true surprise for his client.
However, this is not the only car crash the “Hairspray” star is part of. In August last year, she collided with another car. The crash left one other person with minor injuries.
We have no intention in being mean but judging by Amanda's past driving experience, we would rather want to see her acting than getting behind the wheel.
