Spectators attending this weekend’s American Le Mans Series race at the Virginia International Raceway witnessed a crash that will most likely be voted as the most spectacular accident to take place during the 2013 ALMS season.
The crash, in which no one was hurt, and we’re thankful for that, involved two Porsche 911 racers driven by Eduardo Cisneros and Marco Holzer. The two competitors were battling for position when their vehicles collided. While Holzer hit the tire wall and found came to a halt in the green, Cisneros found himself flying before landing on the barrier, not before scaring the life out of the three people at the marshall station.

Fortunately enough, no one was injured and the cameraman that captured the whole scene was brave enough hold his position despite the No.31 Porsche landing right next to him.
