All-Wheel Drive Jaguar XJ Gets Driven Up Frozen Dempster Highway

Jaguar is really trying to broaden the appeal of their cars, and they have done so in a number of ways. With the XF, for instance, they decided that a small capacity diesel engine was crucial, so they gave it one. Now, with both the XF and XJ, Jaguar has now opted to offer all-wheel drive, to further boost the appeal.
Now, to show that the big Jag, with the all-wheel drive system, is capable of dealing with the harshest of conditions, Jay Leno’s Garage foreign correspondent, Jeremy Hart, took it on a very treacherous road in northern Canada, called the Dempster highway.

Sadly, the video itself is too much of a Jaguar promotional clip, and it talks way too little about the car itself, and how it handles the road. We would have liked to know more details about how it works, and reacts in harsh conditions and extremely low temperatures - information which this video just doesn`t provide.
