Alfa Romeo Giulieta to Make UK Debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Alfa Romeo will celebrate its centenary at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, which will be held between July 2nd - 4th.

The brand’s newest car, the Giulietta compact, due to enter the UK market this summer, will make its UK debut at Goodwood, being one of the main exhibits at Alfa’s stand. It will be joined by multiple models from the current Alfa Romeo line-up. The Giulietta will also be featured in the Goodwood “Moving Motor Show” on July th 1st, offering enthusiasts the chance to drive it up the Goodwood Hill.

The Italian marque will welcome visitors to the festival through a bespoke automotive sculpture placed in front of the Goodwood House. The carmaker promises that its central feature art installation will “be one of the most stylish and memorable sculptures ever constructed for the Festival”.

Alfa Romeo’s 100 birthday will be officially celebrated at the end of June, but the carmaker plans to offer a stunning show at Goodwood, where it will bring an army of "desirable” vehicles, many of which have never set wheel on British soil. Over 50 Alfa icons are expected to attend the Festival, ranging from examples of the pre-War P3, Monza, 12C-37 and 2900 B Le Mans, through the 159 ‘Alfetta’, GTAm, Tipo 33, 185T, 164 Pro Car. One of the most special cars to be displayed at Goodwood will be the unique V10 SE 048SP Group C prototype.

Alfa will also enter multiple cars in the artier ‘Style et Luxe’ Concours d’Elegance, such as the pre-war 8C 2300 Zagato Spider and 2900A Touring Spider, together with the racing-inspired Tipo 33.
