We've said plenty of things about Alfa's soon-to-be-launched 4C coupe, some of them good, some not so much. The project is taking quite some time to turn into reality and initial species are far from encouraging, but at least the Italians seem to be ready to deliver on style.
We know that the body of the little coupe will be pretty much the same as the concepts that have been shown so far, but the interior remained a mystery until now. However, Italian website Car Passion has published a rendering based on recent spy photos of the 4C's innards.
The overall look is like a combination between the Giulietta QV and a Maserati GranTurismo with a bit of Dodge Dart for good measure. The layout is very diver-centric, as the dash angles towards him and gives the impression of a racing car, thanks to digital instruments. Sadly, the 4C doesn't seem to have pushbutton start (could be an option though), but it does have a Lamborghini-like center console with buttons for the drive modes. That chrome switch besides the power windows is likely the DNA controller for the traction control, a cool feature that lifts an otherwise dark layout.
The steering wheel is very sporty, covered in leather and featuring a flat-bottomed grip. Behind it, there should be a couple of big pad els to control gear shifts.
