We were already impressed with Alfa Romeo breathtaking 4C sportscar. It may only have 240 horsepower, but it weighs less than a pair of slippers and has a tub built entirely out of carbon fiber.
It's not a car built for the numbers, but that hasn't stopped Pogea Racing from dreaming of multiplying those figures exponentially. The tuning company has previewed their upcoming project for the 4C, and it's hard not to be stunned by their promise.
The Alfa only has a 1.8-liter four-cylinder turbo engine. 240 horsepower sounds like an excellent output, but Pogea says that "as a result of our experience with an identical engine, we expect a power increase to around 415 hp and 450 Nm of torque."
"To achieve this, various engine modifications are necessary: new turbochargers, tubular exhaust manifold and an exhaust system with valve control will replace the serial components. In addition, we optimize the fuel supply and the cooling system. It is a well-tuned optimised engine management," added Eduard Pogea, founder of the company.
The German company will also make a new body kit for the car and will deliver its project together with the obligatory new wheels set available in various sizes and interior mods.
