Aftermarket Cadillac CTS-V by Hennessey Performance

Hennessey Performance Engineering today unveiled what seems to be one the most attractive aftermarket packages for Cadillac CTS-V. Basically, the whole upgrade is divided into four different modifications, bringing different output levels to the CTS-V, as it follows: V600 - 610 HP, V650 - 650 HP, V700 - 700 HP, V800 (Twin Turbo Upgrade) - 800 HP.

Obviously, the resulting figures depend on the modifications and we'll detail them a bit in the next few lines.

The V600 upgrade brings 610 hp at 6,000 rpm and 605 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm, with the aftermarket model jumping from 0 to 60 in 3.7 seconds and maximum speed of 195 mph (313.8 km/h). Aftermarket modifications include a K&N Air Filter Element, Supercharger Pulley Upgrade & Belt, Engine Management Software Upgrade and Supercharger Pulley (14 psi) & Snout Upgrade.

The V650 upgrade on the other hand brings a maximum output of 650 hp at 6,200 rpm and 641 lb-ft of torque at 3,400 rpm and relies on 4 inch Cold Air Induction System, Supercharger Pulley & Snout Upgrade, Long Tube 1 7/8 inch Stainless Steel Headers, 3 inch Stainless Mid Pipes, High Flow Catalytic Converters and Hennessey Embroidered Head Rests.

The V800 version makes the CTS-V develop as much as 800 hp at 6,200 rpm and 780 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm. There are no performance figures provided but it also relies on numerous modifications, as it follows:

  • Custom Twin Turbo System
  • Twin Ball Bearing Turbos
  • External Wastegates
  • Blow-Off Valves
  • Fuel System Upgrade
  • Upgraded Injectors
