The E46 BMW M3 was and will still be one of the best models ever to come out of the Munich headquarters of the propeller badged company. Even though its production ended in 2006, a lot of the BMW community is still sobbing.
Most of us would be pleased with the stock 343 HP and 365 Nm (269 lb-ft) of torque coming out of the S54 engine but some people just want to go nuts.
Over the years we've seen our fair share of modified E46 M3s and most of them were mind boggling, but one more can't hurt. We're talking about Active Autowerke's latest E46 M3, a car taken waaaay up on the power scale.
Thanks to a Stage 2 Supercharger upgrade kit, the Bimmer reached a stunning 465 WHP on methane, after the stage 1 set-up took up to 'only' 410 WHP. That means that now, the car's engine is now producing roughly 535 HP (with a 15% transmission loss).
