Since the AC Schnitzer Raptor is nothing to joke about the 77,000 voters that chose the Autobild Sportscars of 2013, went all out in the Small Cars Tuning category and declared the MINI-based car the winner, in front of MTM’s A1 and O.CT’a A1 quattro.
Whilst the competition had around 350 horses and 450 Nm of torque to boast with, the Raptor came to the game with a 1.6-liter engine that develops 270 HP and 360 Nm of torque.

The numbers are not the interesting bit about this car, though. The interesting things happen to you behind the wheel. If a JCW MINI is impressive and hard to match by any other car (with only 218 HP), imagine what 270 horses will do to you?

The readers must’ve known this and the car came out victorious in the end, alongside other BMW models like the 4 Series Coupe, that won the award in the Coupe category and the M5 Mi5Sion by Hamann, that won the award in its own Tuned Limousine category.
