AC Schnitzer Introduces Forged Racing Wheel Type VIII

The latest creation from AC Schnitzer has just been released, namely the Forged Racing Wheel Type VIII, based on Type VI wheel and designed for some of the BMW models. Therefore, the German tuner once again brings the visual appearance of a car as a primary feature when it comes to catch the consumer’s attention.

The new rim is formed by a classic 5 double-spoke design, forged and machined inner star and a spoke frame held in anthracite. The forged racing wheel Type VIII come in size 22-inch for the BMW 7-series (F01/F02), BMW X5 / X6 and also in sizes 11.0J x 23-inch and 12.0J x 23-inch to suit, again, the BMW X5 / X6.

“The visible bolted connections to the wheel bed are a deliberate visual highlight. At the same time, the stainless steel bolts confirm the multipiece nature and hence the exclusivity of the wheel,”
says a Company’s statement.

“The outer and inner rim beds consist of flow-formed forged metal. Despite the wealth of detail, the multipiece Forged Racing Wheel Type VIII does not look busy, but the simple lines give it a masculine, athletic appearance,” the statement added.
