It’s been little over a few months since BMW unveiled their new 4 Series, as part of their new Coupe offensive, alongside the new 2 Series Coupe. The car impressed from day one, not only because of its looks but also because of its driving characteristics.
Now tuners get to have a go at it, since deliveries started around the world. Alongside Alpina’s B4 Biturbo, the guys from AC Schnitzer also took a shot at improving the 4er, in their own way. The improved version showed up at the Essen Motor Show 2013 and it’s looking spectacular, as you’re about to see.
The ACS4 has new wheels and grilles at the front, with the Aachen-based company’s own stainless steel sport exhaust, 25mm lowering suspension, new front and rear add-ons for the bumpers.
Inside you get the usual ACS amenities like a new gear knob, a digital gear display, aluminum pedal set and floor mats.
As for the performance, according to the rear badge that says 3.5xi and the specs revealed on their website, it looks like the car we’re looking at has 360 HP coming out of the 3-liter turbocharged engine under the bonnet.
