THe Audi RS5 is among the few sports coupes that needs little to no mods, yet this is the car chosen by German tuner ABT Sportsline to highlight their skill at the Geneva Motor Show.
Their kit will upgrade both the look and the engine output of the RS5, to complete the all-might quattro sports coupe.

Subtle exterior changes have been made, adding a new front apron and splitter, new side skirts and rear wing - all of which are made of carbon fiber. Wheels were not neglected, so the car sits on a set of 20-inch rims combined with high-performance tires.

The interior is decorated with black and red Alcantara, carbon fiber for the door panels and bucket seats with racing stripes. In addition, they’ve mounted a stainless steel roll cage and four-point seatbelts.

Under the sexy painted hood, we find the the same normally-aspirated 4.2-liter V8, but now it produces 470 hp (instead of 450) thanks to a new exhaust system with side-mounted dual pipes. ABT probably decided to do this in order to show their connection to motorsport.

As a consequence of the extra power, 0-100 km/h is reached by the RS5-R in 4.6 seconds - 0.3 seconds quicker than the standard version.

In other ABT news, the tuner is also bringing a hot version of the R8 supercar to the Geneva Motor Show.
