If you’re driving through Louisville, Kentucky and are afraid of clowns, be on the lookout: there’s a Pennywise Jeep Wrangler that might scare the bejesus out of you.
Andrew Johnson has been decorating his Jeep Wrangler for years, both for fun and for marketing purposes, since he owns a customization garage. His photos and videos of his themed Wrangler have amassed over 220 million views, CBS affiliate WLKY notes, but he’s still thrilled when he gets extra attention.

And extra attention is guaranteed with the Pennywise-themed Wrangler. With the final installment in the rebooted “IT” franchise still out in theaters and Stephen King’s original novel seeing a surge in interest, Pennywise is back on everyone’s map. And in their worst nightmares.

Johnson made sure he got as close as possible to the killer clown, with a life-size moving and talking doll. And if that’s not enough to make you go soft in the knees as you drive past it, the fact that it’s sitting where the driver should be will probably do the trick. Johnson’s Wrangler is a right-hand-drive model, which allowed him to put a fake steering wheel where Pennywise sits, which makes it look as it it’s doing all the driving.

To boot, the Wrangler is decorated with fake blood, famous “IT” quotes, large photos of the clown and a pair of hands coming out of the grille, reaching out to whatever car is driving in front. Johnson loves and welcomes the attention, but he’s also using the car to help others.

“I get screams,” he tells WLKY. “I’m always the attraction. Wherever I go I have to plan an extra 30 minutes just for that.”

“It’s a lot of fun, it's entertaining to people. I go to benefits for sick kids and stuff, and lots of kids really, really like it. I go to schools and festivals. It's a lot of fun,” Johnson adds.

He says kids love his car, but adults are scared of it. Which is hardly surprising, probably.

The Pennywise Jeep will be at the Louisville Halloween Parade, the Louisville Car Show and the Art Festival in October.
