MotoGP racing is so much more than simply trying to cross the finish line first: it means business, high-tension piloting, extreme deadlines when something goes wrong in the pit box and exemplary concentration from all those involved.
However, this doesn't mean that the MotoGP people, be they mechanics, team managers or riders are always grim and in cut-throat mode.
