A 45 AMG Reviewed by an American Pie's Finch Impersonator

It's not very nice of us to make fun of people's appearance, but the truth is that the Paul Finch character from American Pie was the first thing that came into our heads when we first hit play on the following video (no offense, dude).

With the car driven and reviewed by its actual owner, the Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG video test drive bellow is not exactly the most compelling and factual review of the bonkers hot hatch we have ever seen, but it does offer enough information for someone unfamiliar with the car.

The leitmotif of the entire video is obviously the rather intrusive “brap!” sound made on each gear change, which is much higher in decibels courtesy of the optional performance exhaust system fitted on the car.

Other than that, we were a bit surprised by the fact that the owner, who is also a well known car-spotter going by the YouTube name of WorldSupercars, has never used the A 45 AMG's launch control fuction for fear of destroying the clutch (!?!).
