There are many people out there liking the Toyota GT 86 for its looks, but complaining that its 200hp engine seems a bit underpowered...
What would you expect for a RWD sleek coupe, with a fun manual gearbox, decent boot AND room for two more passengers in the back which costs €30,000. Not to mention that its equivalent in the US, the Scion FR-S starts at $25,255. Its the bargain of this decade.
And for those upset with 200 hp at the rear wheels, you can supercharge/turbocharge it for a couple grand anytime. Or even better - swap its engine with a 2JZ-GTE and consider it the new Toyota Supra. Like formula drift Fredric Aasbø’s 2JZ swap GT 86 that pushes no less than 750 hp.
