728hp Toyota Camry: the Best Toyota Advertising Ever

The 2012 Toyota Camry is here, but we can’t help notice that the best selling car in the US is a bit... boring. However, just when we were about to write a bigger piece of automotive journalism about that, we came across this video which proves the opposite.
Ladies and Gentlemen, you are looking at an old Toyota Camry. How old? Well ,according to the video, over 200,000 miles old. So, what’s so fun about this ride?

Well, it coud very well replace the term “sleeper” in the urban dictionary. WHile it might look like it would barely be able to carry its own metal around, under the hood we have a 3.0-liter V6 with an obscene HKS turbo and an infinity of custom parts.

All these goodies seem to have been pretty well matched by Dynamotorsports, the Canadian tuning company that created this monster, with the result being a staggering 728 whp (dyno-proven). Yes this is the amount of power that reaches the asphalt.

We can’t help it wonder: is this waht you could call practical marketing? We don’t know the answer, but you can see the result in the video.
