7,200 HP Nissan GT-R Pack Shares an Engine Warm-Up Moment

A pack of GT-Rs is beastly enough on its own, but when we're talking about feral, tuned R35s, things tend to reach a frightening level of aggression.

The intro above perfectly describes the situation we have in the video below, which brings us a group of six Nissan supercars. These Godzilla incarnations have a combined output of 7,200 hp, as explained by 1320video, which deserves credit for the footage.

The GT-Rs were caught on camera at the Top Speed Motorsports facility in Alpharetta, Georgia, with the builder having a thing for Nissan's halo machine. This clip sees the Nissan warming up their pumped-up VR38DETT engines together.

"Our friend Ciscio [of Top Speed Motorsports] took us for a tour on our way back from Lights Out VII in Cecil, GA [racing event]. They were closing down the shop and we heard them warming up the cars, walking out the door gave us chills, the sound was epic!" the videographers said after witnessing the group session.

Now that the R35 GT-R is almost ready to retire, it's amusing to notice the contrast between how far tuners have taken the platform and Nissan's initial intention to discourage aftermarket interventions, which was expressed by focusing on the warranty-voiding repercussions.

The most extreme GT-Rs we've seen to date come from the world of drag racing. And, to name one, we'll talk about the Alpha G, which comes from AMS Performance.

Built for a loyal customer, the Alpha G promises to deliver over 2,500 hp and become the fastest GT-R in the world. However, to grab that title, the vehicle will have to beat the record that was set earlier this week by Qatar's Ekanoo Racing.

The team's GT-R, which has been built by Texas-based T1 Race Development, has managed to pull a 7.265s pass and we have a feeling it won't stop here.
