Plans for the world's largest Lexus dealership to be built in Kuwait have been confirmed in October this year so here we are, after only two months, with pictures from the opening ceremony. The 7-star showroom is split into multiple areas, including the service garage on the ground floor which has been specifically designed to offer multiple services such as maintenance, car wash and serve as spare parts warehouse.

The Arab Times writes that the showroom area measures 3,000 square meters, but the whole project has more than 11,000 square meters for the basement, 1,900 square meters for the Certified Car Showroom, 1,500 square meters for the parking area plus 3,000 square meters for the new car showroom.

The showroom is operated by Mohamed Naser Al Sayer & Sons Automotive Co., exclusive dealer of Lexus cars in Kuwait, so, just like expected, the opening ceremony was attended by elite names in the country. Not sure that these names will tell you much, but His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait, ministers, Members of Parliament and ambassadors, including the Ambassador of Japan to Kuwait, have also attended the event.

“It is a true milestone in the luxury car showroom industry in Kuwait featuring ultimate luxury design as a unique feat in architecture which fits with the well established remarkable image of Lexus brand and as part of Lexus relentless pursuit of perfection," the chairman said in a statement according to the aforementioned source.

"It's no surprise that after 20 years Lexus became the best selling luxury car brand in Kuwait, in a relatively short period of time. it has overtaken the competition brands with highest market share," he said.
