Rapper 50 Cent was injured in a car accident that took place on New York’s Long Island Expressway late Monday night, with the singer now reportedly “doing fine”. 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson, on his real name) was being driven around in an older-generation Chevrolet Suburban, when a Mack Truck rear-ended the SUV.
The crash was extremely violent, with the massive Chevy almost being rolled over by the truck. 50 Cent suffered back and neck injuries, but he has already been released from hospital. As for his driver, who was also taken in for medical care, his condition is unknown.
Police is now investigating the accident, with the truck driver claiming that a shift in the load had caused him to lose control and hit the green SUV. 50 Cent’s legal reaction (we are talking about a lawsuit against the driver) is still being awaited.
