2.4 Million Euros Dartz Drive Hard 6x6 G-Class is The Most Badass Road Car Ever

The number of jaws dropped on the floor when Mercedes-Benz unveiled their G 63 AMG 6x6 behemoth were multiplied exponentially by the nutters from Brabus, when they released their own version of the bonkers AMG six-wheeler.
With that being said, we have a feeling that what the Latvians from Dartz have created based on the G 63 AMG 6x6 is going to create even more amazement, especially with fans of badass-looking armored cars.

Meet the Dartz Drive Hard 6x6 G, a bullet-proof G 63 AMG 6x6 that has been modified to look somewhat similar to the Cougar 6x6 MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) vehicle that was probably the only reason for someone to actually watch the latest Die Hard movie installment.

Apparently, the humorously-named Drive Hard 6x6 uses B8 armor all around and has been built for a man who decided to remain anonymous and is based somewhere in Latin America. Obviously, this information doesn't make us think of South American drug lords at all.

The six-wheeled leviathan's interior – of which Dartz declined to show any photos at the request of their mysterious client – has been completely wrapped in special camouflage leather and Alcantara thanks to an Italian leather company called Luxpel.

Since the extra body armor should have increased the car's weight from around 3850 kg (8486 pounds) to probably over 5000 kg (11023 pounds), the Latvians from Dartz also increased the engine's output to cope with the extra mass.

If reports are correct, its 5.5-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 with 544 hp and 760 Nm (560 lb ft) of torque delivers no less than 1019 hp and 1000+Nm (738 lb ft) of torque now, or more than enough to change the course of the Earth's rotation with every push of the go-fast pedal.

As far as the Drive Hard's cost goes, Dartz apparently received no less than 2.4 million Euros ($3.3 million) for the one-off - which may not actually remain a one-off if the Latvians build another one, this time without armor, for 1.5 million Euros ($1.9 million). These are some crazy times we are living in as far as bespoke cars are concerned, aren't they?
