Wait, what? Yep, another YouTuber that drives a luxury car without ever even graduating college. Many people don’t understand how talking in front of the camera and uploading the videos online can turn you from a 1988 Honda Prelude driver into a Mercedes-Benz CLS owner before you even turn 25. But the idea is that, for some, this works out just fine.
It seems it is working for some of those who have decided to take their own path in life. Jimmy Tatro from Los Angeles, California, dropped out the University of Arizona and has started a “YouTube career”. Is that how you call it? Or should we call it a reality YouTube show?
He is the creator and star of the YouTube channel "LifeAccordingToJimmy” which has over 2,348,000 subscribers and about 248 million video views. It appears Tatro writes, produces, and directs each of his sketches with his friend, Christian A. Pierce. In fact, the video making started back in college when he was making comical clips with his friends after receiving his first camera.
So you think this is a big deal? What if we’d tell you he even had a minor role in the Adam Sandler comedy Grown Ups 2. He even co-starred opposite Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum in last year’s 22 Jump Street.
To be honest, we did stumble upon the funny young man before, but he never had our interest until recently when we found out what he’s driving. Not only is he the owner of a luxury coupe, but he even plays the tuning game already.
Judging by his post on Instagram, Tatro was driving a 1988 Honda Prelude some years ago. How about that for a proper evolution.
